CADSTA Tools - (acad_truecolordlg)


Displays the AutoCAD or AutoCAD color selection dialogue box with tabs for index color, true color and color books.

(acad_truecolordlg color [allowbylayer] [currentlayercolor])



A dotted pair list that specifies the default color. The first element of the dotted pair must be one of color-related DXF group codes, such as (62, 420 or 430). For example (62 . colorIndex), (420 . truecolor), (430 . "colorbook$colorname")


A value of T or nil. If set to nil, it disables the ByLayer and ByBlock buttons. Omitting the allowbylayer value or set to non-nil value enables ByLayer and ByBLock buttons.


Optional dotted pair list in the same form as color that sets the value of ByLayer/ByBlock color in the dialogue box.

Return Value

nil if the user selects cancel button; One or more dotted pair (depends on the tab on which the color is selected) descripting the color selected. The last dotted pair in the list indicates the color selected.
